Uzodimma is a Girl-Child health and right advocate, CEO at “Tomorrow is a girl foundation”, In abbreviation TAG. Tag is an initiative, aimed at creating a sustainable environment necessary for the optimal growth and development of the Girl-Child and women empowerment. She is  passionate about the girlchild with her belief that the average woman is a baton of posterity, legacy, and up-lifters are trapped in her, therefore she seek to empower them.

As a young girl, the society she came from did not recognize her, they didn’t believe in her, no matter how hard she tried, her opinions never matters and she was always given the second place in everything but having to survived as a lady, she is out to amidst all intimidations, also made up her mind to help other young girls pull through. At Tag foundation, she shows young girls the light and let them follow. She couldn’t do all these if she can not empower herself. This is the reason why she has done so many businesses, before she finally decided to specialize in producing ready to wear dresses as her country still depends on importation to have ready to wear dresses for it’s citizens. She and her team are working tirelessly to fill this gap. This bold step she took in business is also her own way of leading by example.

It’s a way of showing her mentees, that they can win in business even as a girl, that they can achieve anything if they set their minds to it. This is also an opportunity she intend to utilize to empower so many girls. Uzodimma in our interview told us she is a political activist and a fan for good governance. She has led various positions in her undergraduate days, as a faculty treasurer, and also an SUG vice president and later became an SUG president aspirant at one time too.

While she was the Sug vice president, she did not forget to use her powers to empower the girl child. She hosted a cancer awareness campaign, 500 girls were tested for breast and cervical cancer, 160 cases was Identified and followed up. She hope to join Nigeria secular politics some time in the future and hope to change the narrative.

As she shared her little experience with the LMA team, she dropped something that she said she has learnt so far about life in general.

👉 You don’t also know how much time you have to make this change.

👉 But remember you were created to make this change .

👉 You have every tool you need to make this change.

👉 Don’t wait until is too late.  Start now, little by little because, you still have a long way to go. Do something!.
